About the personality Assessment Test

  • Based on your responses to the online assessment, this report shows your communication style and offers tips on how you can connect more effectively with others. It also provides information on your strengths in influencing results, all of which are important to communicate, connect, and collaborate with others.
  • This will include a report and a one-on-one coaching debrief of the report with the participant to understand their strengths, and points to work on
  • The different personality styles will be explained and how communication gaps can be bridged to other styles.
  • For groups, the “DISC Workshop is recommended” where the Certified DISC Consultant will do a group coaching with the team members to understand each one’s strengths and how to bridge the communication gaps.
